“To know yourself as the Being underneath the thinker, the stillness underneath the mental noise, the love and joy underneath the pain, is freedom, salvation, enlightenment”
-Eckhart Tolle

My Story
From my earliest days as a social worker, I have believed that healing begins with being truly seen and heard. Over the past 20 years at CHEO, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, parents, families, youth, and children through some of life’s most challenging moments, whether facing a new diagnosis, navigating chronic illness, coping with relationship struggles, or processing traumatic events. Each person I meet brings a unique story, and my role is to walk beside them with empathy, acceptance, and respect.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Gerontology. I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), insured and bonded, and a member of both the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW) and the Brainspotting Canada Association. I am certified in Brainspotting, a powerful approach that can help access and release the emotional roots of distress.
My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and holistic. I believe in meeting you where you are, focusing on your whole well-being, mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will explore your strengths, nurture healthy coping skills, and uncover strategies that truly support you in this season of your life.
What does working together look like?

The transitions of life during young adulthood, mid-life or in later stages of adulthood, provide us with challenges and opportunities in defining and strengthening our sense of self and our relationships.

Transitions and challenges are part of life, sometimes these changes are smooth while other times they can be overwhelming.
Life changes, whether they come through grief, loss, relationship challenges, parenting stress, health concerns, perinatal or perimenopausal changes, trauma, or abuse, can feel overwhelming. It’s natural for these experiences to bring feelings of anxiety, sadness, loneliness, or fear. You don’t have to navigate them alone. I offer a safe, compassionate space where we can have honest conversations that, while sometimes difficult, can lead to real change and healthier ways of coping.
My approach blends warmth with evidence-based psychotherapy methods to help you understand yourself more deeply and see your challenges in new ways. Therapy is a shared process, it works best when we walk through it together. Even small shifts in unhelpful patterns or how you respond to difficult emotions can make a meaningful difference in your life.
I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create positive change. My role is to support and guide you as you explore your strengths and move toward your goals. Together, we’ll shape a plan that reflects your needs, values, and hopes for the future. Above all, I strive to offer an environment of empathy, acceptance, safety, and respect, for you to feel supported in your growth and healing with confidence and support.
I am fluent in both French and English and offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect and talk about what you’re looking for. My hope is to support you in creating a life that feels not just manageable, but truly meaningful, a life that reflects who you are and allows you to live with purpose, balance, and alignment
I take a holistic approach to mental wellness, recognizing the deep connection between mind and body. Drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities, I work with you as a whole person, addressing challenges at their root rather than just the symptoms.
In my supportive and compassionate space, every part of who you are is valued and respected. My goal is to help you cultivate clarity, emotional balance, and lasting resilience on your path to healing.
